There was a Texaco one on e-bay, missing the glass tubes went for $292 370939321855

Great finds! From the cart,the little cast sign,the porcelain one & then the photos...vary cool. I have one of the small cast signs & I never knew what it was...now I do. Thanks for sharing! I would most definitely go back with a detector.

It looks to be Cast White Metal [Pot Metal]. I assume they Double sided.

I thought you guys might like to see how the lower castings are coming along. I don't have any high tech equipment so I've been slogging it out with the hacksaw, dremel, and a file. I had to snap both castings in order to try to get the clearances back into shape. Lots of cracks, distortion, and missing pieces. Trying to keep the horizontal threads for the outlet tube in working order was the main concern when joining the pieces back together. Then I fabricated new vertical threads out of a plumbing part from the hardware store. I should have the primary repairs done in a few more days.
