What products did you use to clean that sign to get it to mint condition? It is gorgeous. Thanks

What makes you think it's been cleaned?

That's as nice of one of that version I've ever seen. Most seem to have flaking issues.

This "newer" sign is a tough sell. It just does not have the graphic appeal of earlier RC signs. Given enough time, though, it will probably sell for quite near the asking price.

Ya I think I paid to much for it when I bought it. If i have to hold it for awhile no big deal. It's a very good looking sign thats for sure.

I'd say leave it on the wall for a while. Current market isn't going to get near your number except at an auction where the auctioneer is going to take 25% of whatever it goes for.

I checked Liveauctioneers for results and they are going to disappoint you... $60-100 from 2008-2011.
