I have a big round Sinclair sign and it has these brass brackets on both sides, not sure what they are used for. Thanks http://pumps.theedwardsteam.com/uploads/files/1DSCF0068.JPG

T shaped glass thingie threads on there and neon tububing rests on it and gets tied on with copper wire. Standoffs I think they are called.

Looks like it had a neon ring around it unless there are a few halfdollar size holes near the letters, then it had neon letters as well.
