This base came out of a Gulf bulk plant and I am not 100% sure if they are for a light pole. They are cast iron and accept a 2" pipe. Any opinions?

Dennis, not sure but this looks like a base for a pedestal mount farm gas pump. Was a small pump head mounted on 2" pipe.

Roger is Correct, it's for a small rotary hand crank pump.
