I'm putting together my Bowser, that was given to me, for a Christmas Gift for a good friend and need to buy a face plate for this and possibly a Shell ad glass. A Shell globe would be cool too, even if broken or broken repop too. Condition does not have to be great, just readable. Thanx in advance for any possibilities!  Uploaded with ImageShack.com

I regularly see reproduction face plates on Ebay for this model. Is origiality an issue with you?

Nope it does not need to be a original face plate because it's just going to hang in there. I just don't want to pay $60 for one but if they are selling lightly bent or dented reproductions for a great price, I'd be in!

Just ran another check on feebay and still no luck.
Does anyone have a cr@ppy one???? Bent and porcelain loss is all good! A broken Shell ad glass would work too.

If you run a search on EBay for Bowser gas pump, on the first page of hits is a current ad from Vics 66 for a pair of face plates for $75 with free shipping.
