I worked for Tresler from 1973 til 1983 when Ashland Oil bought the company.I worked for Ashland til 1992.It saddens me because most of Tresler history seems to be lost.I can find very little information available.Tresler was the local company in Cincinnati area and covered Ohio,Indiana and Kentucky.I bought an old Chevron Gilbarco 906 and changed it to a Tresler pump. This the pump style Tresler had when I was a kid. They had all kinds give aways when you bought 8 gallons or more. They were a sponsor for the Cincinnati Reds and gave away ball bats and ball. This my tribute to a Great Company that got swallowed by a larger company.Hope you like it.Thanks Terry

Looks very nice Terry.....and good to see a pump done in a company you don't see every day. Plus it's a good way to preserve the company's history.

A nice restoration. Please note that a fairly complete Tresler Oil history appears in our globe e-book, and several great Tresler photos can be found in the new book One Hundred Years of Gas Stations.
