Alex couldn't sleep because he was dreaming about a Roman column pump in a barn that was done in Texaco with the early Texaco globe on it. We all can dream. Foggy here hope it burns off today. Richard

Good Morning everyone,

Going up to the mid-50s today and tomorrow with lots of sun. Those are winter days that are easy to take. Worked at the food pantry this morning unloading a truck and then went to the gym for an hour. Going to have to take a shower now or Maureen won't feed me lunch. wink

Have a great Friday in Oldgasland!

Heya to All in Oldgasland!!!
Very frosty morning here today but there is a lot of dripping going on right now.
I'm still wary of all the ice because of the fall I took on Christmas eve day by just walking around the Shoppe on my property. Ugh but hopefully it melts and drains into the ground some today so there will be less surface ice everywhere around here.
Take care, be safe and have a blast out there today!!

Good afternoon all.

A regular old winter day here. Temps in the mid-thirties with a little bit of melting going on.

I won an old Milkglass body off e-bay last week. It finally arrived today. Frankly, I'm surprised it made it in one piece!

The packing was barely adequate. The box was taped within an inch of it's life - but the body had still shifted enough to 'round' the box to where you couldn't even tell it started off square! And it was full of odds-n-ends of foam, Styrofoam and every kind of packing peanut you have ever seen.

It needed to be cleaned up - so I did. I discovered that it has a 7" threaded collar on it - so that would make it from KYSO (probably).

It'll sit on the shelf until I score another set of 'ETHYL' lenses. LOL

Later . . .

jim

Nice day today in Seal Beach CA. 82 degrees at 3 PM. Worth the occasional shake.
