As 2013 comes to an end, I would like to thank the "Old Gas" community for the enjoyment I have received thru my participation in this online community!
During my short time as a member here, I have gained more knowledge about the gas and oil collection hobby, than I would have ever thought possible!
I have amassed a collection of artifacts that interest me, to the point that I am even amazed!
I have made solid friendships from every section of this great United States.
I have been truly blessed and a great part of it comes from my daily interaction with the good people that frequent these pages!
I can't wait for 2014!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

All of you are what keep the barn doors opening and the next rare beautiful piece of history coming out to the light and into a new home.

OMG Randy I almost fell out of my chair !!! I clicked back and there was this black and white dog on the screen. LOL

Well out here on the West Coast it's almost New Year. True to the cause I am hauling a few things home from the south of California. What a way to spend the day, eh? I was very lucky to spend the better part of the day in Santa Paula and meet with the venerable DB and see his collection, hear a few stories, meet his wife and see a near "flock" of hummingbirds! Too bad the museum was closed. And collected a pump as well. It was a hoot. I have much to see and learn from the master-I am the oldest grasshopper out there in OG land. smile
This year has indeed gone very fast and I look forward to 2014 and meeting more people in the hobby both on and off OG. It's been great so far. Have fun out there!

I too want to wish everyone a Happy New Year.

I especially want to thank Jim for all he has provided us with.

BTY, Jim, I came down from St. Louis County to celebrate the new year, in Jefferson County. Didn't see you in the Trading Post, but I'll see you at Columbia.
