Wow, I just called Scott Anderson at Time Passages to check on the ETA on a Super Shell clam globe I had ordered awhile back. I knew it would be a little while before they were done but just wanted to check on if they had a firm date yet. Not only did he apologize for the delay, but offered me decals for the pump and for another pump I'm redoing absolutely free. I told him that he didn't need to do that as I just wanted an ETA, but he was insistant. What a great guy, makes you glad to be in this hobby with great people like that.
