You know, I thought that was him. Then I clicked on that last link. He just started collecting like a year or two ago, no? What the? I'm headed out to buy some lottery tickets.

Yes those are other people's collections. That is clearly acknowledged on his site. No addresses or names given of the owners but those collections are for display on his site. Please read the introductions they are quite explicit as to the fact the featured collection is not his. BTW some of the stuff has been on TV and on this site in the past.
