As per ebay based on the dollar amount the bid increment should have been $5

I've lost even as high bidder....because someone else bid the same amount...only sooner. Will show both bids at the same...but person who bids first wins.

seems to me Randy should have won this, they guy didn't beat the previous bid by the prescribed increment
