Randy's bid was next increment above current bidder.

If high bidder had placed his max before Randy's then Both would have been Bumped to their Max & outcome would still be the same.

I was bidding on this can as well i should have went with my instinct which was a very high at the end oh well maybe find one again in 10 years...
