Thanks Steve for fixing , pics were from I pad , lab top getting fixed soon . The older gentleman that did this restoration has a lot of old neat cars and a bone yard of pumps , we had a good time picking it up and visiting with him today as well.

Can someone please explain the totalizer for me? I see where the crank pump feeds up and then down into the cylinder filling from the bottom, but how does this totalizer work and what does it actually do? Is the white pipe near the top of it just a mounting piece?
Thanks, just curious about it's mechanics.

Travis,
This is 1st time I have come across the "totalizer" with a FRY pump.
Was it something that Fry offered to gas station owners as an as an "option"?
Thanks,
Hen

I will have to ask Jerry , but when he purchased the pump it was all fully assembled with the totalizer attachment . Maybe Jack will read and know of some literature one it. The way the totalizer is set up with the threads at the bottom of it , makes me think it was designed for use with the fry pump , but I cannot support that with any facts because I simply just don't know . Was it a factory ordered item or something added once upon a time , that's a good question and it would be neat to find some info to go along with his pump. The guy that rebuilt his pump said. It had been assemble for many years , but good question hen.

Steve , I want to watch what I offer here not to mislead , but the little white window at the top recorded the total gallons ever pumped and the smaller , little 1/2 white piping going back in the top , must have been some sort of a return , again maybe Jack, Db or someone who knows can clarify .
