Hi, first time gas station manager, have a problem with some of my tokheim pumps. someone said a plastic piece on the printer is broken, thats why if a customer pulls on the receipt, it just keeps pulling out. Is there an easy fix for this, or do I have to get a new printer, if so where can i get these parts?
Thank you so much

Welcome to the site but most of us restore pumps that never had a printer but who knows someone on here might have an answer. Ted

This site is really about old time gas pumps, not modern ones with card readers and printers.

Visit Ark Petroleum: http://www.benfordfueling.com/
They should be able to help you.

There is a member here that goes by the name Tokheim. He can help you, he is into the old like most of us. But he works with the new stuff for a living. Oh and by the way, welcome to a great site with a bunch of great guy and of course a few old sore heads. LOL Larry

Yep, that's me.
I can possibly help you bpmi, will send you an email tomorrow from work.
Will need model # from the tag on side or bottom front. We will have the printer if it comes to that.
Thanks
