First of all, it is probably not a Tokheim, Milwaukee, or Wayne, because they all used round bases for this type of pump. It is a gas pump because of the overhead discharge, but there may have been a kerosene equivalent with a spigot discharge and a spill tray. I don't believe it is a Bowser because of the shape of the little ball at the top of the pipe on the side. I tend to agree with Dick in it appears to be a G&B, but the big disturbing thing is that all the above pumps, including the G&B have rods around the cylinder. There were so many of these built it is hard to identify all of them.
