I started to reply to a post in the Eastcoast show thread, but decided not to derail it. Just to maybe let someone that may be interested know, CTO has a new thing this year, where if your registered and pay a fee(75.00?+reg rm fee),you can set up in your room and have it open for vending during show hours. So daytime attendees can browse your stuff-if you so desire. The way I understand it, rooms are nearest to the exit, closest to the vendors lot. If you just reserved a regular room, say on the 4th floor,Im not 100% sure they will allow attendees to roam the entire hotel(during the day).

I know, I can't wait. I often have day dreams of driving through western PA. on my way to the show from last year. Stocking up with new goodies (Signs & pumps, etc.) and a stack of cash for new ones. See you all there.
-MAXGAS- Looking for Independent Gas & Oil, Oilzum,& Early FORD dealership items.

If you get a room on the other floors, you can vend in the evening, I believe after seven but not during the day.

Right. I think they are currently getting the reservations/registrations taken care of. In my opinion, if your on the fence about going and haven't been to the show at the Embassy suites,, you really should try to make it. Its a great place for this event. You may find a room a bit cheaper somewhere else, but this is a really nice hotel and for what it ads to the experiance, its well worth the extra $$. For years I looked at the pictures on Oldgas and wished I had taken the time to go, but instead thought I couldnt miss a day or two of work. I dont know if I thought I'd turn into a pumpkin or something, but when I finally started to go, I found out the work was still there, I wasnt really any further "behind" and I really had a good experiance to look back on. Well worth the "mini" vacation.
