After getting the urge to install a sign pole inside my shop last week, I got it done. Hung the sign & lights today. I may still take the sign back down & clean it, but I'm kinda liking the patina. Yes the lights are wired up & working.

Looks great!! The patina looks great with the old feel of the building and the sign post itself.

That look great! Only thing that could improve it would be to replace that new bike with an old one so it would fit in the scene. smile

It's a very nice setup and fun to keep on looking at it and seeing different cool items nicely displayed! Thanx for sharing!
It all comes down to personal taste and what makes you happy every time you walk in the door and see all that cool stuff!
I do think it would be a cascading effect because you would clean up the sign then you would have to paint the sign ring and once you had it back up you would realize the pole would have to be repainted/restored and then you might end up painting the wooden façade and so on and so on and ..... wink

Thanks for all the compliments guys. Looks a lot better than I thought it would. Only got the idea after reading the relocating a sign pole thread.
