Maybe this will help. I am not selling these but this is what I assume you are looking for. The first one is fiberglass and older. The other two are plastic and is what they are using on the stores at present.

Contact this guy. http://www.retropopshop.com/He had a fiberglass one like I pictured a few years ago. With what he had it priced at, he most likely still has it. It was the first one I had ever seen. The second one I saw, I bought and have not seen another since.

Main portion of sign is intact, but as you can see from pictures, there is some breakage around the edges from when it was removed from building.
