There's a guy selling an embossed Pegasus on eBay advertised as 1911-1930
The item number is: 201040175811.

I really don't think they went back as far as 1911 and am somewhat questioning if they even existed before 1930.

Does anyone know approximately how early these appeared?

Did they cease production with the introduction of the larger, cookie-cutter style?....When was that?

I have seen the big, road-side shields dated as early as 1932 (IR 32). When did that style give way to the rectangular shape with the red "V" at the bottom?

Statements such as, "I'm thinking about selling this." are considered an offer to sell.

That piece looks more like 50s version from the backside. And it's not the date which sells a Pegasus as much as the 3-D nature of many of the signs.
