Hello all! I am soooo ticked! I bought this broken pennzoil, and a Wasco lens. So here is a picture of the before and after of the pennzoil.... The guy didn't pack it right! He just put some packing paper and some bubble wrap in between the lenses and fill the box with peanuts. When I first saw the box, I said to my self "Oh gosh, one of the lenses is broken into more pieces then when I bought it...." Picked it up, and heard glass shaking around. Man, when I opened it, I saw pieces down to the bottom of the box.... The box is small... maybe 18" wide at the most and 7" tall or so. With 2 feakin 15" lenses in it! More history is destroyed.... Thanks Noah
Looking for any cans! PM me what ya got!

Gas globe guy.... Apparently you read the following thread ( How to box and ship gas globe lenses), so it looks to me like you would be bearing a fair amount of the responsibility for the additional breakage. The lens looked to be incredibly fragile from the start, so it should have been packed even better than a normal lens. Did you give them any instructions on how it should have been packed? http://oldgas.com/forum/ubbthreads.php?ubb=showflat&Main=85015&Number=517917#Post517917

I'm with mm you didn't lose any money on this as it was already broken. It's just a little more broken now.
Originals only for me. Always looking for Simpson oil, Super A, and MFA oil cans and globes. Shawn Morris

I thought a 1000 piece puzzle was worth more than a 100 piece puzzle.
On the bright side, the other 9 known lenses are worth a little more now.
