It needed repair and I took up the challenge and fixed it and it works fine now. Does anyone have any idea as to its application? Anyone ever see one in use? It is embossed Tokheim on the bottom side, so I naturally figured it must have a gas pump application somehow? Maybe it was used at a bulk plant or on a rack. It may not even be petro related, just a hazardous location fixture. Tokheim made so many different things.
