Got the first of the two wayne pumps I got. I have a question why do they both have aluminum bases?? and they are not new bases he said he has had the pumps for over 50 years they where always that way.
Always looking for grizzly gasoline stuff, or any Montana gas and oil stuff.

Some were made with aluminum bases I assume to make them lighter. I have found many of them seem to have cracks and breaks in them. I would much rather have the steel ones but you get what you find.
Drive with Care and Buy Sinclair!! I buy Sinclair globes, signs, cans, ect.

The 70 were made w Cast Iron, Stamped Steel & Alum. Check the MFG Date/Serial # & don't be surprised to find it was made after WW2 ended.

I also have 2 Wayne 70's. Both of them also have aluminum bases.
