Picked up a few this last week:

Great pair of Please Drive with Care SSP

Tin Conoco Minuteman

Got my new Oilzum sign hung. 2/3's of the sign is there but has a cool story. The garage it hung on was on fire and the fire fighters cut through it with a chainsaw to gain access to a building.

Found these Lion pump plates last week. The premium was never mounted and has the original mailing label from the sign company addressed to the dealer in Mississippi on the back. A little crusty around the edges but an awesome set.

Nice buys everyone.
I purchased this ca. 1940 Marathon poster on Ebay quite a while ago, but finally just got around to getting the framing done. It's a beauty and the lithography is amazing. Just think, these were made to be outside in curb holders or tacked to buildings for a short time then thrown away. I'm glad this one survived!

Can't wait for this to arrive!!!
Pray Pray Pray it's in one piece when it does. Used packaging directions from Kevin and Lonnie so should be fine!! Had to pay up a bit, but like Lonnie told me, sometimes you have to pay a little extra just for the oportunity to buy the piece you want. So big thanks to both of them for their help!!!
I have had this exact lense as my desktop for over a year and have dreamed of this very globe since getting in the hobby 2 years ago.
Will surely be my marque piece until the day I can get a visible pump or nice clock face to put it on.
Can't wait to see lit!!

This is the building where he found the globe. He gave me the address so I would have the history as he knew it. He had bought this building in 1975 and found the globe in the attack and has had it ever since. He no longer owns the building, but said it was orignally built in 1919.
