I`m interested in buying this oiler,and need some help with some history or info on this oiler..I collect handy oilers and have quite a few Texaco ones but have never seen this one with the T on top..looks like it was red but not sure on how old or rare this one is?? its not listed in the handy oiler books so I`m just looking to see if anyone knows anything about it..I know their.. are a lot of Texaco collectors out there so maybe they can shed some light on this one..appreciate any help on this one...

Unless I'm mistaken it looks like the standard Texaco home lubricant from the 30's except the red is faded out on this one ? if I'm right you can pick them up in better shape for $20-$30

well that what I kinda thought about it,so I guess all the color faded in the circle and just left the T ..that`s what made me think it was something else..that`s why I asked..thanks for the help..

like that??? some respect!!!!that will be the day with Bob,I`ve beening trying for yrs to sidetrack him,but hasn`t happened yet...he keeps telling me he has no more room,but still tries to snatch any item before me..LOL
