Need a oil can expert on Falcon quart oil cans. I purchased a Falcon quart oil can on ebay. The top lid on the can in the listing was stamped SAE 20. The bottom lid was stamped with a large letter "C" . The can I recieved was plain on the top lid and had the "C " on the bottom lid.The can looks real to the best of my knowledge. Were these cans re-popped ? Or is this just a re-lid that I have ? I will take a pic and post it . Thanks Bob first time I have run into this.

Thanks dick ,I was worried as the can graphics are not bright but aged real naturally.Makes me feel better as the can is in remarkable condition with only minute flaws.probably as near perfect as I would be able to find? Really appreciate the response. Thank you bob

Amer. Can Co. aka; CANCO usually had their logo graphics on side of can, same w/ Continental Can Co. Back then when there were 100's of Oil Companies, there were also 100's of can companies. Everything was sealed in cans & jars.
