Can't wait for this to arrive!!!
Pray Pray Pray it's in one piece when it does. Used packaging directions from Kevin and Lonnie so should be fine!! Had to pay up a bit, but like Lonnie told me, sometimes you have to pay a little extra just for the oportunity to buy the piece you want. So big thanks to both of them for their help!!!
I have had this exact lense as my desktop for over a year and have dreamed of this very globe since getting in the hobby 2 years ago.
Will surely be my marque piece until the day I can get a visible pump or nice clock face to put it on.
Can't wait to see lit!!

This is the building where he found the globe. He gave me the address so I would have the history as he knew it. He had bought this building in 1975 and found the globe in the attack and has had it ever since. He no longer owns the building, but said it was orignally built in 1919.
