Can someone help me value this piece? It is NOS found with some of the original paper still attached. It is double sided porcelain and in awesome condition with only some slight loss to the top on the facing side. Just needs some warm soap and water. I think it is a rare sign but not sure. It is a pretty large sign, about 32 wide and 26 in height.
Any help would be great.
Thanks,
Sissy

I've seen them from $280-425. Not extremely rare, they are out there. I ran across one on the 127 yardsale for $285 and one had sold about the same time for the higher figure.

Looks like a tin sign with the flaking at the top. IMO

Yes these are dst and hard to find in very nice condition. This is a nice early sign but the flaking would make me worry how it looks under the paper. Even taking time with the paper removal can still result in paint loss.
