So Mike,
If I understand this, this wax does not fix the white correct? It just covers it up or masks it in some way that it displays looking more or less new (blue)? Does it appear oily? Is it oily to the touch after a coat?

It's like a thick wax coating. Goes on like a gel and after a while is pretty dry to the touch. Give it a wet look like if you sprayed it with silicone but nowhere near as slippery. It doen't fix the problem, but helps with the display of the item.

Thanks
Mike

I have an old tire sign outside that had that chalky look from age that I put a coat on every spring and it looks great and seems to keep it from getting worse.
