It just covers it up or masks it in some way that it displays looking more or less new (blue)? Does it appear oily? Is it oily to the touch after a coat? Give it a wet look like if you sprayed it with silicone but nowhere near as slippery. It doen't fix the problem, but helps with the display of the item. Thanks Mike Always Looking for any Pure Oil and Sunoco Items.
