Gates should have opened at 7am this morning for the general public!
I guess it was over 80 there yesterday and everyone was pretty busy getting set up and selling a few things to the other collectors snooping around!
I sure hope some one has a camera and is walking around taking pictures!

I went yesterday for 2-3 hours to take a quick look. I was looking for large signs in excellent condition and there were actually a few decent ones there (not many, but more than in the past). I came home with a nice 48" red/black Phillips 66 with ring and hangers so it was worth the trip.

Apologies for not being able to take and post any pics; I remembered my money but forgot my camera!

From my personal perspective, it looks to be a better show than in the last couple of years.

i just talked with a friend there and he got me a Texas Pacific TP maybe 7 range. Cannot say it is cheap, but good and rare signs appear to be there according to him.
A pair of Kanotex, ethyl and flower, I heard just flipped at very high prices.

I saw the TP sign selling right when I got there. Congrats to you!

This was the first meet I've had my wife with me so she had me busy making sure we had the "important" stuff like food, drinks, etc. Priorities... haha

I was there Wed. and thur. 92 Wed. Cooler and windy thur. I bought 2 signs. Made a offer on one more, but didn't offer enough. The only oil and gas sign I bought was this nice 30" Kan-O-Tex ethyl. There was lots of sign, but most were in poor condition.

Scott. I didn't ask a price on it. I can probably find out.

Just talked with an Old Gasser and he is scrambling to load and get out of there before the bad weather hits! I guess there are hail and toronado warnings out for that area!
