Well over the past couple months I have been working on one of my Wayne 60's that I saved from the scrapper to straighten up panels, get some original parts, and replace the sight glass assembly because somebody at one time had taken it out. After some hours of loud pounding to straighten up some metal, I got it all back together finally. I am pretty pleased with the end result, I love the old look and the many stories it tells. Just thought I'd share with you all.

Looks a lot straighter now. Good job. Now paint it!! Lol
Just kidding. If you like that look then leave it. They are only original once.

In my opinion the Wayne 60 is the best looking pump ever made. Nice that you were able to save it from the scraper. Good job.

Looks great. I see more and more people leaving pumps in more of a found original state. I am not a fan or restorations.
