picked this up today, I've known about this car for 20 years. My friend bought it in 1957 and yanked out the Pontiac engine and it got stored away for 57 years. Interior is very dirty but will clean up, has a 37 Lasalle transmission. I'll have to find an adapter and then will figure out what engine to put in. Best deuce body I've ever seen, zero rust and doors close perfectly.

Well, there aren't enough words to express what you must have felt to be able to purchase a gem like that! Very few people will ever get the chance to purchase one in their lifetime, much less find one in that kind of condition. AMAZING!

i've got a 52 chev 2dr hardtop that is similar, spent about 20 yrs on the road then mothballed for 40 yrs.
