I'm seeking some information on this piece. It's got some heavy glass on one side seems to be missing the other panel. Also not to sure about the numbers? The "tax included" makes me think it's gasoline.

Yep it's a gas pricer, less mount bracket.

For lack of a better picture, it would fit the brackets in Station Lighters on right [or any brackets like them].

How would the price be determined is it 9+7=16.... sixteen cents? I've always wondered i've also seen some pricers with fractions next to tax.
