I believe that was a fair price for one. I can understand the seller wanting more. That sign is one if the nicest I have seen. Would give a value but it is the wrong part of the site to do so.

I would concur with Dan's assessment of condition. That is as good as I have seen on sale. However at auction the numbers, here in Canada at least, tend to be a bit higher.
