Well good after noon boys!!!! I’m back and in a fair amount of pain. But modern medicine is helping me cope with this problem. I spent five days in the hospital had some complications, just could not shake running an elevated temperature of 101-102. Now comes the hard part I have never been one to just sit around and do nothing. I think In my head just get up and do something and my knee says not to day pal. it has only been ten days. Ok, question I would like to know if possible why no one makes the Richfield eagle decal wings straight up in ethyl?? I would kill for that one. See photos. Thanks guys got to go lay down, Bill

Mr Bill: Looks a bit painful. Ouch! My younger brother is recovering from hip replacement surgery (last week). It's his second hip and he's only 46. Anyway, we carry the Richfield decals you want. They're just not shown on the web site yet. Normal size is 8" wide by 17" tall. But we can make them ANY size you need. Just shoot us an e-mail whenever you're ready. Later . . . Jim

I was wondering what happened to you. Surgery can get complicated sometimes. Glad to see you came through ok. That's quite a zipper you have there. Let that knee rest.... Joe

My Bro had his right knee replaced in November. In late February, he was back riding his bicycle. Hang in there.

Hey Bill, I'll see your 28 staples and raise ya 28 sutures! I'm 11 days ahead of you so I know how you're feeling. Pain will be a bitch but ya gotta live with it. I just started getting a decent night's rest 2 days ago. I picked up some pain meds from my local doc before the operation just in case they started getting stingy with them in the hospital, good thing I did. I'm 21 days today and started walking this morning without the use of walker, crutches or cane. Still get tired quickly after about an hour and it's time to lay down on the couch and recouperate. Take your time, we've got all summer to get well. Good luck, Ken

When I Busted my A.. [pelvis] @ work, I spent 13 days in traction w/ pain shots every 4hrs. Then went thru a 7hr surgery to have mending plates & screws used to fix the breaks. 14" incision, forgot to count the staples. 23 days in the hospital. 3 1/2 yrs off work. SO FAR, No loose SCREWS ! db

now i don't know about a knee replacement surgery, but i have had to have my knee drained about 5 x in the past 10 yrs, the 6th is coming up this thurs. i guess you will find out when you see your doctor in a few more days. having a needle stuck into you knee isn't much fun. i hope your PT is not too rough.
