Thanks Bob. Paper was so brittle/dried out I mounted to Masonite & clear coated.  & enough NOS Product Labels to Wallpaper Bob's House;    UNION OIL Co. of California & Canada

sheesh I've had/got/gonna soon have a lot of paper items! Out of all of these posted so far, The Phillips 66 Monkey is my favorite! All the different Seaside pieces come in a close second!  My favorite brand because it's a local with a lot of kewl history  I've had these 50s Mopar showroom brochures and I really dig the graphics but they are so plain-Jayne on the cover and you have to unfold them completely to see the beauty of the illistrations so I had a couple of extra acid free backer boards in the plastic wrapping and they look great and would look even better framed out. The 52 has a folded up copy off to the right.

That Rainbow is terrific. I saw a pump in Great Falls, Mt with original Rainbow ad glass. I missed it by three hours.

Bob,here's the book, about 50 pages, some neat pictures, I've been tempted to take it apart but just can't do it.I have hundreds of paper and cardboard items, can't beat the graphics. looking for more of the frames for these Pennzoil posters, I think I have 60 of those.      I'm not sure... It is approx 24" tall by 19" wide... I won it on ebay and it came to me, in the frame... I was very lucky to be able to snag this, pup! So, it could a Newspaper ad or could be a paper poster from the early 30s... I have this one from the same time period and it came out of a "Dealer's Advertising Book", you can still see the perforations from the spiral wire it was attached too... I tried to buy the whole book of these paper posters, but the owner wasn't ready to sell:

goto thrift stores and pick up some $5 paintings/framed pictures and take em home and replace the pic/painting with a great paper piece.
Make sure to buy acid free backer board and tape from the local craft/framing store to mount it on.

Neil, I've seen 2 of the books... I guess I should now say 3, counting yours. And from what I can see of yours; Yours is easily in the best shape. Congrats on acquiring it...
