Years ago several stacks of these were found Flattened & have been RE-Rolled, ends have been Glued in [yellow crud], seam glued or spot-welded together.
Note can opener marks around top & bottom edge

Well, that certainly effects value. Seller needs to revise their description and be more forthright with it.
