Be Nice if ebay went into completed auctions & Notified His Buyers that they were Defrauded by seller w/ Shill Bids & to File w/ PayPal for Refunds! Put the Hurt where it belongs. Agree

That's the funny thing about attorneys, no matter what one says you can hire another to say the exact opposite. What does that say about one's opinion? That it's worth exactly what you pay for it, so in this case, nothing. I have to add my thought on the post by Junk King.

This is why the blokes in New York went to jail last month for selling fraudulent oil paintings. Not really a stretch from what they did to what the crooks are doing to our hobby. Just the numbers....millions to thousands.

Maybe I'm missing something here....shill bidding is done or had done by the seller to raise the price of his/her item. If it doesn't involve the seller in some way, then it's not shill bidding. BUT, this seller allegedly had people shill bidding his stuff ( or did it themselves) and the 4 accounts that bid got suspended. BUT, in this case, not the seller who was behind it all?
I knew some people who got suspended for shill bidding 8 or 9 years ago, and the seller account was the one who got the longest suspension. BUT, this seller has no auctions taken down, not suspended (yet), and is only on some secret probation?
And I'm the only one who questions that?

D D he makes no inference to the fact these signs are real.
The greedy and foolish read what they want into his ad.
I myself have bought a sign early on from one of these guys because I wanted it to be real all the while thinking what if its not? Well it wasn't. Thats where my attorney freinds advice came from.
The sign hangs on ny wall as a reminder to stick with your gut and do the research.

Seller NEEDS to be Penalized, not just slapped w/ a warning.
ebay as w/ any business is after the $$$$$$, not common sense! CEO's require Mega Million $ Paychecks + Perks.
