Looking for a base ring for a Standard flame globe and also a white porcelain light that would have attached to a Standard sign pole.

Standard didn't use a "base ring" for the flame globe. They used a large porcelain assembly that attached to the top of the sign pole. It was porcelain and came in 3 pieces. Blue and white in color.

im guessing he is referring to the aluminum ring on the base of the globes, and then referring to the porcelain flame holder as the 'white porcelain light'

There are two white porcelain lights that attach to the pole itself that shines light onto the sign from both sides.

Yes, I am looking for one of the two lights that would have shined up at the sign. Can someone set this straight for me, was there a aluminum or steel ring that would have screwed onto the bottom of the globe? If so I am in need of that. Thanks to everyone!

depends on the globe... milkglass globe uses a screw on aluminum ring, plastic globe has a lip & uses an aluminum ring that has notches.
both use a alum ring, but they are significantly different.

I have the milkglass globe, so it would be the aluminum ring that I would be looking for!
