Since we are on the subject of media blasters, I made this one. It is 10 foot long, 6.5 feet high, and 5 feet high. 4 flood lights, exhaust fan at the. I framed it with 2 inch angle iron. Covered it with 5/8 plywood and on the back side uses conrete board. I used 2 large windows, and 2 sets of gloves. I use a large pot blaster with two hoses. I can blast on one end and without having to turn the item around I go to the other end and pick up where I left off. I am able to contain my sand and reuse it......always use a respirator!!!!!! [img=http://img240.imageshack.us/img240/1316/blastcabent2be8.th.jpg] I use glass beads in this large 6 foot metal cabinet..
