Here's what was used in the old days to drain the oil from a car on a hoist. The stand is adjustable for height, and can be removed to get rid of the oil! There is also a hinged cover to keep it closed when not in use! This unit will clean up a lot! Its still a little dirty and just as I found it!

Not so old days! My buddys mechanical shop is in an old 66 station and he still uses his today as he hates the new style canisters that he has to empty all the time.

Thanks
Mike

You are really making me feel old, Kevin. They were using those in the shop where I worked when I retired several years ago.
