Came across this sign at a Flea-market.

Any idea what year it represents?

Which is more desired?

1- Like this ?
2- Firestone Tires

Thanks,

Hen

I would say late 30's early 40's. I have one just like it but it's a vertical firestone sign

Thanks for the heads up!

The seller was asking $400 for it but later dropped to $300.

I decided not to get it. Too BIG! frown

$300.00 was a good price.

In Minnesota, it's easily worth triple that. wink

Yeah I have one I can bearly depict the date in the bottom right corner and think it reads 39'. I paid $250 and your's in a bit nicer condition. Seems like a good deal to me!

I went back to the Flea-Market last Sunday, hoping the Seller still had the SIGN.

I noticed it was not there on the table so, I asked him if he still had the sign.

Seller: ”Oh, man, I told you should have grabbed it for $300. Another guy stopped by right after you left. I decided to go for $350 & he did not even try to bargain”.

The fact, the sign was BIG, made me think twice & not get it. Lesson learned!

No more window-shopping! wink
