Hello, Just bought 2 pumps for my husband. One is a Bowser 595, the one that looks like the 585 but it has the retracting cable. The other is a Tokheim 39 Short LHR. I have been removing all of the trim pieces, nozzles, bezels so forth and been removing rust, crud, paint and whatever *****, cleaning and polishing. I will post pics. My end goal is to have all the little stuff all cleaned and polished so that when "Leadership" my husband is done with all the major stuff then the little things are all done and ready for him.

Hello again, Thanks everyone. I have been having trouble with logging in. As soon as I log in some how the system logs me out or I have to login from the link in my e-mail (??). Contacted the site Admin. and I am currently on the fix. At least I got in this time, maybe a good sign. My first pic I am posting is a Morrison Bros. 300 nozzle that I cleaned up. Got it with the Bowser Pump. (I hope it works) [img:center] [/img]

Welcome Ribbit, that nozzle looks really great. I just polished a nozzle up yesterday, takes forever I know! I'm sure your husband will be impressed with everything your doing for him and hopefully you'll get to enjoy it too!

Thank you, He is happy with what he has seen so far. I took the whole thing apart, all the insides and so forth. I used an Ultrasonic Cleaner to get all of the deep heavy gunk out of it, made it much easier to polish up. I had to make some new gaskets for it cause I could not find anything that would fit.
