has anyone had any problems with EBAY LATELY IN TRYING TO PAY FOR A ITEM???
AS OF YESTERDAY I TRIED TO PAY FOR SOME ITEMS THAT I, HAD BOUGHT,when I went to pay it wouldn`t let me proceed to paypal,came up with a error code of 70002...I contacted EBAY and they said its a global problem and don`t know when it will be fixed so BE AWARE...

I had the same problem,call Paypals help no.and they will walk you through it to complete the transaction.

I had no problem yesterday won and paid for a b/a can just fine. iPad version
Oilzum, 1qt Oil Cans, Gas and Oil smalls, Oldsmobile collectables.

I've had that happen last week a few times. Waited and tried later and it worked.

last week it wouldn't work on my computer but worked fine from my phone. I think their still tweaking their new format.
