I don't know the answer Lance, but I have an opinion. From the shape, it looks like a water bib to me. Doesn't say what size the threads are, but I would bet I'm right??

Some sort of water nozzle.

Good call, every time I see an unusual brass nozzle I'm convinced it's from some obscure pump, but at second glance you can see it's a water nozzzle...
