Dave,
My friend just finished up the '70 Challenger and the owner is picking it up tomorrow. Turned out beautiful. The only thing we weren't too fond of was the engine rebuild the owner had done on it. They put a little bigger cam in it than original and it doesn't even clean up and run smooth til almost 3000 rpm. It was delivered supposedly ready to drop in and "ready to run" and he ended up fixing leaks and tuning on it for a week to get it right. Guy that built it us a drag racer so that explains the cam.......All in all a beautiful finished product, wish it was going in my garage!....Gary

You've got more ***** than I do Jefferson. I'm 62 and haven't had mine over 100mph. I know, its a sin, but it wouldn't take much to put these things in the ditch if you get on them. Back in my younger years I would be all over it but at my age you live and learn to respect the horsepower. Who the hell really needs 662 hp anyway??? Lol

That's true Kevin. I still run it through the gears just to hear the supercharger kick in - love to hear it howl.

Dave

Any update for us on the Hellcat?

I lived in Windsor Ontario up until 2004. A good fiend of mine drives a car carrier for Chrysler Canada and took these pics this past weekend. Looks like they are going out. Notice the ship mode on the dash.

Hmmm...340, is that MPH or KPH? LOL.
Small instrument cluster for all that horsepower.
October is almost half way over Dave. Can you wait another 2 weeks?
