I dont know if this is an oldgasser, and if so, there is absolutely nothing wrong with what is going on here. I dont even know if it is the same buy/seller. I'm just interested to see how it comes out.

The first link, on 9/15/14 the sign is purchased with all it's touch up. (and quite a lousy job BTW)

Initial cost of purchase + shipping + time. No reserve auction on e-Bay + fees. Seller seems pretty confident they will turn a profit.
