It's a common sign that the seller thinks is worth 800. After 3 days he hasn't found a buyer.

I think that he probably isn't too far off? I have had a couple signs exactly like that and both sold for around $1400, but were a lot nicer than this one. This one seems to have good gloss, and the chips are along the edge, so if it interests you, try an offer you feel comfortable with and maybe you'll own it?
