I could be wrong, but all of them with the exception of #4 look like handles from old farm implements.

#4 is for a Wayne pump. I've seen it used on 615's and 619's and 519's.

I think #4 is a Wayne handle but it is not for a 615. 615 handle is straighter. 515 maybe?

Definitely for a 519. The tall base 515 uses a shorter handle. This handle WILL WORK on a 615 and I have seen it on several. While not the correct handle, I believe they used what ever was available at the time. This handle will work on any of the low base type Wayne pumps.
