I have this picture. I know its foreign. Does anyoner know if this is an actual pump plate or a decal on the pump? if an actual PP does anyone have one in their collection or a good picture of one? Would love to have one...

My guess is decal. Before 1941 most socony and mobil signs were water slide decal.
