Hi guys...new guy here.
My name is Tod and I'm a "collectaholic". There....I said it, feel better now.LOL

I only collect things I like so it's not out of control. That's what I tell my wife....it's my story and I'm sticking to it. LOL

I collect military firearms & accessories (mostly U.S.) and things from the past that bring back fond memories for me, which brings me to why I'm here. My 1st job was at a Shell Service Station back in the 1970's. I collect specific petroliana, tools & any item that I remember from my 8yrs. there. I already own a number of vintage items related to this time of my life & hope to share images of them with you all in the future.

Here's a vintage image of the Shell Station I worked at.

Yes, it's right on the main drag in town though it is a Shell Hy-Miler Convenience Store now, still same building though pretty much unrecognizable as the service station in my picture. It was converted to a convenience store in the early 1980's. In the last 30 years, I've been in the store 2-3 times.....breaks my heart that what I remember about the place is no more.
